Observation

There was not 9 inches of ground cover 6 feet around and under fall zones in each of the outdoor playground area's. The toddler playground area has a swing that is installed too close to the building. (It does not meet the CPSC guidelines) The swing in the back playground area that is attached to the larger play structure is also too close to the fence (It does not meet the CPSC guidelines).
